Get your steady supply of mushrooms in 2008!

This year we are offering a way for our mushroom-loving customers to secure thier weekly fungi needs
at a discounted rate: our Mushroom Enthusiast CSA!

A CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) is a way to supprt farmers while receiving the highest-quality, fresh produce for a pre-paid discount price. At the beginning of the season shareholders buy a share of a farm. This share guarantees them a set amount of produce each week for the whole season. The farmer receives much-needed funds at the beginning of the year and the shareholder receives great produce and a warm fuzzy feeling inside that really means something!

Our CSA will run for 6 months this year, from the beginning of June through the end of November.

Small shares are $175 for a half-pound of fresh mushrooms each week;
Full shares are $300 for one pound of mushrooms each week.

Shareholder's weekly bag will be mostly made up of farm fresh mushrooms (shiitake, oyster, wine caps, etc.) and will occasionally be filled with delicious seasonal wild mushrooms!
Bags will also be stuffed with recipes and tips for preparing mushrooms and other interesting fungi facts!
